How It Started

I was 19 when I started in paving, working for a local contractor who taught me the craft. For 16 years, I learned what it meant to do the work right—to show up early, to care about the details, to leave a property better than you found it. Then I decided to do it myself.

What I noticed over those years was simple: homeowners and business owners in Bristol County wanted someone they could trust. Someone who would give them an honest estimate. Someone who would actually be there with the crew, not just drop the job off and disappear. Someone who wouldn't trash their yard and leave them to clean up the mess.

That's what drove me to start Barry's Paving & Sealcoating. Not because I wanted to build something big, but because I wanted to do what I say I'm going to do, every single time.
